Should you be in the Budd work family? The Budd group is currently searching for a manager to oversee the 2nd shift operations in an industrial setting in Lebanon, TN. The right candidate will be people minded and have strong communication skills, sharing information clearly and frequently. They will be someone who can problem solve and be able to work Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-1am. No previous experience needed in the janitorial world! We'll teach you!! We just need someone who is proven a leader.Schedule:Monday - Thursday: 2:30pm - 1:00amSpecific responsibilities include:Scheduling of all account personnelEstablishing work standardsConducting site evaluations/auditsOverall inventory/equipment usageBudget controlTroubleshooting/ problem solvingOrientation/training of supervisory and support personnelSafety complianceCustomer relationsSpecial project work as requestedThis individual will also ensure that all managed services are being provided in a proper and cost effective manner. Position Responsibilities:Ensures that service delivery is consistent with the highest quality of standards within our organization.Maintains employee personnel records for administrative compliance.Plans, organizes, coordinates, executes, and supervises functions of janitorial operations on their shift.Establishes work flow processes and standards.Ensures that environmental procedures are being maintained in accordance with Local, State, Federal and Company requirements.
