We are currently looking for a manager to oversee our janitorial operations services at multiple accounts. This manager will cover our Mt Juliet, Lebanon and Brentwood territory overseeing about 6 customer accounts and 20-25 employees all working on 2nd shift.
Having previous custodial experience would be a plus but finding someone with strong leadership, customer relations and operations experience is our top priority. Hours: Monday- Friday 1 pm-10 pm but must be flexible to work outside these hours as needed Locations this position would cover: Mount Juliet, TN; Brentwood, TN; Lebanon, TN; Nashville, TN What You’ll Be Doing: • The Operations Manager interviews, hires and trains new employees. • Resolves and responds to employee and customer issues. • Assigns tasks to workers and completes site inspections • Oversees Safey training and adherence to safety policies • Purchases, issues and orders necessary supplies and equipment and ensures that all equipment is in good operating condition.

• Reviews employee’s time daily • Performs the duties of workers they supervise if needed. • Responsible for site inspections and communicates with customers an updated monthly reports on the condition of the building or work in progress.
