The Budd Group is currently searching for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level in the Charlotte, NC, Columbia SC, Charleston SC, and Greenville, SC areas. They will serve as a resource for field management on a variety of topics, including employee-related issues, compliance training, employment law compliance, and Budd Group policy implementation, support recruiting and retention efforts, safety initiatives, performance management, and new hire onboarding.We are visionaries in facilities services implementing cutting-edge technology focused on keeping our employees safe & happy, and continually surpassing our customers' expectations with the proactive thinking of our diverse teams.
