The Budd Group is searching for a Branch Manager of Specialty Services in Nashville, TN! This person leads a team of cleaning technicians, route disinfection technicians, floor technicians, project technicians, etc in the local market. They will work with the team to ensure our customers receive exceptional services and products from The Budd Group. The Specialty Services Branch Manager is accountable for achieving sales and margin goals while driving operational efficiencies and maximizing overall customer satisfaction from the Budd Group.The Branch Manager of Specialty Services collaborates with peers and works closely with the Specialty Services Program Manager to assess the needs of our customers and develop the best methods for achieving service, sales, and operational objectives. Role-specific assignments and priorities will be tailored to specialty areas such as disinfection cleaning, barrier protection application, pressure washing, painting, route cleaning etc.Objectives:Anticipating workflow and work demand and redirecting efforts and scheduling efficient routes/plans based on sales forecast plan.Manage budgets and accountable for delivering against established business goals and objectivesDrive an increase in sales, profit and marginPlanning for spikes in sales and ensuring the branch has in stock supply and labor to support the demand.Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks through ongoing reports for the Branch team.Ensure safety of the teams Audits work for compliance and customer satisfactionDuties and Responsibilities:Hire, train, develop and coach service technicians.Daily execution of all service routes logistics and customer interactions.Daily inventory control of all supplies, chemicals, PPE, vehicles, etc.Manage daily account functions. (audits, scrub counts, route reconciliations, truck maintenance logs, equipment reconciliation, etc.)Accuracy and timeliness of daily invoices and billing reconciliationsEnsure service personnel compliance with company service and quality standards.Manage all daily productivity and performance expectations.Support route, sales and administrative personnel.Manage and maintain a recurring revenue stream.Execute business plan for renewing, expanding and developing route business.Account up selling improvement with new products and services.Manage and schedule all routine maintenance on company trucks.Support and assist sales culture throughout the organization.Promote safety, security, and self-development.Support an empowered, self-directed team.Adhere to all policies, guidelines and outside agency compliance.Professionally respect and embrace our company’s Goals and Values.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent managerial experienceWillingness to travel locally 70% in the fieldAbility to manage and maintain a recurring revenue streamMust have a valid Drivers License and be able to pass an MVR checkMust possess exceptional customer service skillsMust have effective written and verbal communication skills and presentation skillsMust be able to work ethically and independentlyAbility to analyze sales opportunities and determine customer needs assessmentsMust have experience prospecting, conducting presentations and closing new salesAbility to develop route structure based on new accounts and expansionExcellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skillsMust be detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, creativity, problem-solving, conflict management, and organizational skillsMust be able to interpret reports and performance tracking mechanismsNeed to have high energy with the ability to multitask
