Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analysts (Level 2, 3, 4) with a passion for process improvement and training to join the Supply Chain Functional Excellence team in Everett, Washington , Renton, Washington ,* or *North Charleston, South Carolina .
The ideal candidate will be a self starter with experience in supply chain management and a track record of identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing process changes, and delivering results. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that help employees and partners in the supply chain industry to acquire and enhance their skills and knowledge. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing our supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and delivering training programs to improve processes and increase efficiency. You will have the opportunity to learn about supply chain functions and processes for all Boeing Commercial Airplane programs, with a growth opportunity to become embedded into the excitement of the day to day supply chain operations role.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for supply chain professionals that are tailored to their specific roles and responsibilities.
- Design training materials and curriculum, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
- Assess the training needs of supply chain professionals and provide appropriate training solutions.
- Conduct training sessions in-person or through virtual platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with supply chain partners and clients to identify their training needs and deliver solutions.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding training progress, feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicating project objectives, activities and deliverables across stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process improvements are implemented successfully.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and training programs and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Be responsible for taking ownership of the work, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving results.
- Take initiative and ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
- Work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Adapt quickly to changes and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuously learn and develop new skills to stay relevant and add value.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- 1 years of experience in supply chain management analysis or materials management analysis
- 1 years of experience working in a position where priorities changed frequently and Customer Service was critical to the team's success
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3 years of proven experience as a trainer or training facilitator in the supply chain industry
- 3 years of excellent communication and presentation skills
- 3 years of experience with consistent attention to detail and organizational skillset
- 3 years of experience being proactive in understanding and anticipating stakeholder requirements
- 3 years of experience with the ability to create/improve processes and procedures to increase efficiencies
- 3 years of experience with the ability to operate with a strategic mindset and tactical execution
- 3 years of experience communicating to broad audiences
- 3 years of experience in project management, entrepreneurship, or a similar role is a plus
- 3 years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
- 3 years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
- 3 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Typical Education/ Experience:
Associate (Level 2):
Typically, 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Mid-Level (Level 3):
Typically, 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Lead (Level 4):
Typically, 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
