Inside Sales Agent

We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Agent to join our thriving team. If you have a knack for building rapport with customers, exceeding sales targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this may be the job for you! This is not a call center, we are consistently connecting with real, live, people!

Full-Time Career Position

What we ask of you:

  • Engage with incoming inquiries through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
  • Work within a CRM and database management systems (sales pipeline).
  • “Match Make” customers with Outside Sales Agents.
  • Maintain relationships and engage with past clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and achieve collective goals.
  • Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidates must be organized, detail oriented, and customer service focused, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Candidates must be computer savvy and able to learn various computer programs and internet-based software.
  • Evening and weekend availability required.

MUST HAVE A VALID MARYLAND REAL ESTATE LICENSE
