BLS, a leader in the ground transportation industry across the USA is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to work at our Operations Center in LAS VEGAS, NV 89102

Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact for customers with complaints.
• Examine reservations daily, including system information, emails and phone recordings.
• Using all available resources, investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Write QA related correspondences, including apology letters to customers.
• Follow up with customers after the resolution of complaints to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
• Generate ad-hoc reports utilizing the data from available systems.
• Carry-out other tasks as assigned.

Quality Assurance Specialist required skills, experience and abilities:

• Previous quality assurance experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Excellent computer, data-entry, WORD and Excel skills.
• Must be organized, detailed-oriented and professional in their demeanor.
