The Beasley Group is a small business financial consulting company that helps growth oriented business owners navigate the growth of their businesses by helping them better understand the drivers of growth. We manage everything from their bookkeeping to their financial planning.

A new bookkeeper position is being created to accommodate a client that is growing rapidly and immediately. Client operates multi-family residential real estate and is taking over operation of 14 new complexes and an associated management company. Position will be on Beasley Group payroll but tasked initially 100% to client at least until we are able to assess extent of job requirements. First 30-90 days will be in client's office in Navasota. After that remote work is possible at least a few days per week.

Requirements:

• 5 years of bookkeeping experience required. No exceptions.
• Prefer multi-family residential.
• Prefer associates degree in accounting or better.
• Prefer extensive experience with QuickBooks Online but not required.
• Detail oriented.
• Flexible. We are going to figure a lot of this out as we go so being able to make decisions and change direction on the fly is a major plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
