Position Summary

The Groundskeeper position is responsible for maintaining and improving the property's buildings, grounds, and common areas. This includes indoor and outdoor cleaning of the premises and ensuring the property's curb appeal. In addition, our Groundskeepers' attention to detail ensures that all prospects and residents have an inviting place to call home. For this reason, Bainbridge's Groundskeepers are an essential anchor in Creating Exceptional Living Environments. 

Essential Duties

• Maintain common area grounds by picking up trash, blowing breezeways, cleaning pools.
• Walk grounds to ensure common area lighting is functioning properly and change bulbs as required.
• Performs basic gardening and weeding, wiping down and cleaning windows and common area furniture.
• Works with maintenance team members to always ensure excellent curb appeal.
• Reports physical safety hazards in the community to the supervisor.
• Maintains excellent customer service relationships with residents, co-workers, and vendors.

• No previous experience required.
• Highschool education or equivalent is required.
• Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers, residents, and vendors.
• Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
• Enjoy working with others and taking direction as needed.
• Ability to fluently read and write English
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance are required.
• Reliable transportation required to fulfill all job functions.
