The Audit Group, Inc. is Hiring a Human Resources Manager Near Chesterfield, MO

The Human Resource Manager leads and executes the entire employee life cycle of the Human Resources (HR) department from sourcing, onboarding, retention, development and offboarding; This unique opportunity is responsible for creating and enforcing company policies and practices, payroll oversight, benefits and talent mapping. Reporting to the CEO, this function is responsible for a high-touch employee life-cycle experience ensuring TAG is putting people before profits and maintaining a culture of integrity and trust.

Responsibilities:

1.Partners with the leadership team to understand, make recommendations and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

2.Serve TAG associates by representing employee needs, opinions, opportunities for improvement to senior leadership to improve engagement, retention and performance levels.

3.Provides support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.

4.Sets and tracks annual engagement, retention and performance metrics and indicators to ensure organizational alignment of the TAG Employee Experience model.

5.Conducts employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations ensuring integrity in accordance with company policy.

6.Collaborates with department managers to ensure accuracy of job descriptions and job performance and understand skills/competencies required for openings.

7.Manages a high-touch talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.

8.Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

9.Creates and maintains all employee records utilizing HRIS.

10.Maintains all employee benefit plans in accordance with federal and state laws.

11.Partners with Finance and outside vendors to conduct annual census for benefit plans.

12.Partners with Finance to reconcile monthly payroll and benefits.

13.Creates and recommends learning and development programs and initiatives to provide internal development opportunities for employees.

14.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

15.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

16.Responsible for the daily workflow of the department.

17.Ensures constructive and timely feedback performance evaluations are completed.

18.Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

8.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

9.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

10.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

Education and Experience:

·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Masters preferred, or related field required,.

·A minimum of 5 years of human resource experience.

·SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP current certification and current membership in SHRM.

Physical Requirements:

·Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

·Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
