Position Description: 
  • Set and conduct appointments with individuals, families, and businesses in your community and/or surrounding areas.
  • Educate individuals, families, business owners, and employees about our industry-leading coverage.
  • Develop positive, long-lasting business relationships.
  • Provide affordable financial protection and top-notch customer service.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development at no cost to you.
Compensation: 
  • Realistic $50,000-$80,000 first year income potential 
  • Our commission rate and career advancement track is #1 in the industry 
  • Growth in income: earn $120-$200k per year within 3 years 
  • Rapid advancement and promotions based on performance, not politics 
  • Get paid up to three times per week
  • Uncapped commissions, bonuses and incentives 
  • 100% vested renewal commissions after only 5 years
