Ambit Greenzone has an immediate need for a UX Researcher. The ideal candidate will have experience improving usability, user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement. You will conduct user research, analysis & synthesis, persona development, and usability testing to create products that delight customers. You will help teams learn about the people who will use their service to design and build a service that works well for the client’s user community, including disabled people and those who need support.

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and carry out research using a range of methods, involve the team in user research to help everyone develop a deep understanding of users
• Create clear findings that help the client’s teams continuously improve their service, based on data and evidence
• Conduct research through usability testing, interviews, card sorting, as well as quantitative methods
• Conduct research on specific client challenges, advise clients on integrating UX into core business and engineering processes
• Advocate for our customers and evangelize your findings to senior executives, stakeholders, and team members
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to solve problems with data and evidence
• Apply agile research techniques and explore new ways to deliver rich insights in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:  

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 5 years professional experience, preferably all with a UX focus.
• In-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods including in-depth interviews, focus groups, usability testing, surveys,
• Experience with research design, including selecting appropriate methodologies, sample type and size
• Experience in survey, user testing and insights software
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong ability to translate research findings into relevant insights and communicate them to all stakeholders through great storytelling.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and influence cross functionally.
