Beacon Hill is Hiring a Client Services Administrator Near Des Plaines, IL
Our client, a boutique investment firm, is looking for an Client Services Administrator . They are looking for someone smart, detail oriented, and with excellent communication skills. This company offers an incredible work life balance and is located near the Cumberland Blue Line stop!
Responsibilities:
- Support financial advisors with any client support tasks and projects
- Manage daily workflow by creating tasks in CRM (Salesforce) for all pending work items for clients
- Assist with sending Client Gifts for Referrals and Holidays
- Assist with the mailing of Quarterly and Year-End Reporting.
- Distribute mail and ensure that office supplies are ordered and maintained
- 2 years of experience in an administrative/operational support role
- Experience with CRM software, Salesforce, is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
