Responsibilities:
-Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing & evaluating the activity programs & quality assurance program in this facility for the Activities Department.
-Prepare equipment and ensures the safety of patients or participants in the activity.
-Assist in leading the residents in group activities, such as an exercise class or art project.
-Ensure that all charted activity progress notes are informative and descriptive of the services provided and indicate the resident???s response to the service.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
-Should be energetic and personable to work with residents or participants.
-Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm
-Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Must possess a high school diploma/GED
-Must possess a valid driver's license
