What you will be doing

• Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs.
• Membership Liaison - Act as a membership expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic. Explain plan benefits and savings.
• Diagnostic Expert - install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Maintain vehicle in a clean and safe manner

What you will bring along:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2 years proven plumbing experience
• Relevant licenses and/or certifications
• Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
• Familiarity with Service Titan CRM system is a bonus!
