THAT Brewery & Pub is Hiring a Cook Near Pine, AZ
THAT Brewery & Pub in Pine, AZ is looking for a Cook to join our team.
No experience necessary - willing to train.
Fridays-Tuesdays (Wed-Thur off each week).
Full-time or Part-time available.
We are located in Pine AZ at 3270 N. Hwy 87.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Set up workstations
- Cook dishes to business standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Prepare food
- Prepare ingredients for use during shift
- Smoking meats
- Follow recipes
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstations
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice, smoke
- Label stock and inventory ingredients
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Some dishwashing
- Team player - doing whatever needs to be done
Qualifications
- Working experience as a cook a plus (but willing to train)
- Meat smoking experience a plus (but willing to train)
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Basic math
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Weekends a must
- Live in the area (Rim Country - Pine, Strawberry, Payson, Star Valley, Tonto Basin, East Verde, Happy Jack...)
