We are seeking a Cabinet Carpentry Technician who wants to make a difference. We are team oriented and seek a core value fit to work with our dynamic service team. We need a person who loves working with people, who is organized, understands cabinetry, and has a desire to grow and learn.
General Purpose: The Field Service Technician is responsible for resolving punch items with Tharp products after installation. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability. The person in this position is essential in satisfying customer expectations and routinely represents the company in the field.

40% standing,40% walking, 20 % sitting - Must be able to lift and carry 100 lbs. Must strictly adhere to company safety policy, including wearing safety glasses, gloves and a back brace where required
