Thankful is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue team, reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will work directly with key revenue team leaders across sales, marketing, and customer success to identify strategic and operational projects that provide business insights and high priority objectives to the Revenue Team.

We are looking for someone with the desire and curiosity to constantly learn and take initiative in a fast-paced SaaS company. This position offers tremendous opportunity for growth within the company for those willing to help write the manual, not just read it.

This role will work remotely within the US. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage day to day processes between CRM and MAP, and ensure they work together to produce accurate data. Drive improvements and innovation in relation to leads, pipeline management and metrics with Chief Revenue Officer
  • Admin the full RevTech stack including but not limited to all platforms integrating into CRM & MAP, such as Sales Enablement tools, etc
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, enabling a heightened focus on attribution, ROI, spend analysis, and the flow/impact of information across the full customer lifecycle
  • Liaise between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer journey, supported by clean data and reporting between all stages
  • Support and administer the weekly revenue forecasting process, pipeline analysis, and productivity metrics. Oversight of overall bookings and revenue management
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales & marketing process improvement 
  • Maintain metrics, reports and dashboards and distill key insights and trends to support Marketing, Sales and Customer Success leaders in accessing and improving the effectiveness of our demand gent & sales efforts
  • Work across direct and programmatic channels as well as planning, delivering and optimizing toward awareness and performance-driven KPIs
  • Source, identify, and own technologies needed for Marketing & sales teams; support teams in understanding how to use technologies at each stage of the customer journey
  • Own and optimize the CRM and ensure data is clean, complete, and organized to enable clear segmentation
  • Own attribution model, campaign tracking and drive closed-loop reporting
  • Provide the team with actionable insights on where to invest in programs and campaigns
  • Partner with Chief Revenue Officer to evaluate and implement additional systems and tools to help optimize Marketing and Sales efforts
  • Additional Revenue Operations tasks, as required 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent/relevant work experience 
  • 2 years in B2B marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or willingness to obtain) 
  • Experience working with CRM & MAP systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Proven track record of collaborating with Executive level stakeholders and providing recommendations based on performance
  • Experience creating campaigns, reports, dashboards and custom lead views
  • Strong understanding of the flow of leads
  • Proven experience managing marketing technology and database systems
  • Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of the sales conversion funnel
  • Quick and creative problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven business decisions
  • Eager to independently learn about the latest technologies, solutions and platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a startup culture
  • A great attitude with the willingness to learn, maneuver through ambiguity, and collaborate with a growing team
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and time management skills 
  • Ability to stand and sit for sustained periods of time, at least 50%
  • Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data; transcribing/typing; viewing a computer; extensive reading
