We currently have multiple Structural Engineering & Structural Design Engineering positions to fill in support of our customer. The work is designing the repurposing of the Mixed Oxide Fuel (MOX) facility to the Savannah River Plutonium Processing Facility (SRPPF). 

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate structural engineering and multi-disciplined team/design projects while engaged in the planning, design and construction phases of engineering projects. 
• Prepare and review of calculations, drawings, and specifications relating to seismic and wind analyses, foundation design, structural framing analyses and design, and bracing analyses and design. 
• Familiarity with computer aided drafting applications is required. 
• Must have a working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders), State, and Local codes and standards applicable to structural engineering design.
• Additional responsibilities for senior positions. 

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in design, estimating, specification preparation, construction document preparation, and related phases of engineering.
• Additional years of experience required for senior positions. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer License.

A hybrid work environment will be considered; One week onsite, three weeks remote. However, onsite candidates are preferred
