Texas Tech University is Hiring a Lead Counselor Near Lubbock, TX
- Performs complex personal, vocational, educational, or other counseling or training in face-to-face and virtual settings.
- Delivers workshops and presentations on various career readiness topics to support career exploration and development of students/alumni.
- Focuses on specialized programming and collaboration with designated college administration and faculty. Initiates relationships with Faculty and Staff across units, to increase awareness of UCC and increase student utilization. Deliver specialized programming as requested by college faculty and administration to support student career readiness.
- Responsible for events and marketing of events in areas assigned.
- Works with employers to enhance student career development.
- Assists in management of counseling programs.
- Works with students to enhance career development.
- Works with employers to enhance student career development.
- May supervise designated staff, student ambassador employees, or intern/practicum student employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
