As a Medical Delivery Driver your primary responsibility will be to go to patient's homes to help patients with their new respiratory equipment by explaining the devices capabilities, demonstrating how patients will utilize the device and ensuring all device equipment is sized for comfort. This role is critical to ensuring a patient success and getting the most benefit they can from their medical device. This role requires you to have an excellent communication skill and be able to break down complex steps.

Job Duties

• In home CPAP and Bilevel setups
• Assist patients with the set-up of their new medical devices to include: CPAPs, Bi-levels, Bi-level ST, and ASV devices
• Educate customers on proper care and cleaning procedures for respiratory DME and supplies
• Properly fit patients with CPAP masks
• Service oxygen concentrators and tanks
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products, services, and supplies
• Monitory patient's compliance and therapy to ensure they are using and benefiting from their therapy
• Create sales orders, exchanges, and take detailed notes in patient management system (Brightree)
• Keep inventory cleaned and organized

Experience/Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Clean driving record
• Good computer and technical skills
• Willingness to flex job responsibilities as needed to support the branch's needs
• Ability to sort and maintain medical equipment and supply inventory
• Strong collaboration skills
• Pass background check and drug testing

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
