Job Responsibilities

• Manage or assist with clinical research studies and follow study protocols.
• Complete all study documentation forms in an accurate and timely manner.
• Perform data entry for all patients undergoing assisted reproductive procedures in accordance with SART and CDC reporting regulations.
• Create reports that include information about the initiation of treatment cycles and outcome data for all treatment cycles.
• Follow up with patients to report pregnancy outcomes.
• Ensure data is entered in a timely manner to meet SART requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient tracking spreadsheets.
• Provide physicians with summary reports as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science preferred.
• Strong planning and logistics skills.
• Keen attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to compassionately support patients.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver calm, compassionate care.
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Job Type

• This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week with some late nights required. Weekend and holiday rotation required.
