Job Responsibilities
- Manage or assist with clinical research studies and follow study protocols.
- Complete all study documentation forms in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform data entry for all patients undergoing assisted reproductive procedures in accordance with SART and CDC reporting regulations.
- Create reports that include information about the initiation of treatment cycles and outcome data for all treatment cycles.
- Follow up with patients to report pregnancy outcomes.
- Ensure data is entered in a timely manner to meet SART requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient tracking spreadsheets.
- Provide physicians with summary reports as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science preferred.
- Strong planning and logistics skills.
- Keen attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to compassionately support patients.
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver calm, compassionate care.
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Job Type
- This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week with some late nights required. Weekend and holiday rotation required.
Salary : $18 - $24
