Responsibilities

• Identify and develop the company's Financial Application, technology as well as operational risks, tracking, and maintain product deployment activities.
• Enhance efficiency of release and build process by implementing new methodologies.
• Organize development and maintenance of Application code utilizing knowledge of SQL Server, Visual Studio, C#, .Net, and Azure cloud.
• Devise improvements to current standards, and to align with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and develop models of possible future configurations. Automate POS transaction on our RemoteConsole through appropriate tools and scripting using Shell Scripting and VB script.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Core Technology, Risk, Strategy, Product Management, Reporting and Analytics. Partner with business line to address business and technology needs and/or deficiencies involving process, products, or technology.
• Serve as subject matter expert on systems to dissect applications and data to identify application defects, deficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Support business line by investigating operations-related problems/inquiries and recommend, facilitate, and implement solutions.
• Assist with vendor management activities with assigned vendors for the applications owned/supported including, but not limited to upgrades, enhancements, implementations, customer impacts, vendor oversight, and management.
• Support new product and application releases and enhancements, working with Delivery and line of business Support teams.
• Handle day to day application and product issues, including daily health checks of applications and processes. Own incidents and issues to conduct detailed root cause analysis to avoid further impacts and decrease the risk of recurring issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience working with Windows Server 2016, 2012R2, VMware, Hyper-V, Performance Monitor, PowerShell, SQL Profiler, and SQL database.
