What We Offer
Job Summary: The Human Resource specialist will assist in the running of the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) for 10 locations across 5 states. This including hiring and interviewing staff, benefits, compliance, training and enforcing company policies and practices. You will assist in facilitating daily HR functions like keeping track of employee’s records and supporting the interview process. Your role also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics. This position would be 40 hours a week permanent position. Pay depends on experience: $65,000 - $75,000 a year.
