TETER, LLP is Hiring a Business Development Specialist Near Fresno, CA

To help us meet our client's needs and manage client relationships, we're looking for an EPIC Business Development Specialist to join our team! The Business Development Specialist supports the firm's marketing and business development activities, and manages the development of proposals, responses to requests for proposals/qualifications and other pursuit materials.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development Director(s) to develop pursuit plans for target clients and markets.
  • Lead the production of proposal and responses to RFPs, RFQs, SOQs, etc., working with client relationship managers and our design team to develop winning content.
  • Support the interview process with stellar presentation materials and supporting documents.
  • Assist in CRM implementation and model best practices to capture client data and business development activity.

What you bring to the firm:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years' experience; additional experience may replace educational requirement.
  • Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of AEC terminology and project delivery methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to exceptional work quality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including proofreading and editing.
