Test Mark Industries is searching for a full-time sales representative to preform essential office tasks for our company located in East Palestine, Ohio. This position requires and organized individual who can work independently and efficiently, learn quickly on the job, and maintain a professional demeanor with clients.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Greeting clients

Answering incoming calls

Communicate with customers be telephone and email.

Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.

Obtain orders from existing or potential customers.

Prepare written quotations.

Data and order entry

Obtain freight quotes for small packages and LTL freight.

Prepare shipping documents.

Required Education Level:

High School Diploma

Required Skills:

Familiarity with office machines such as printers and scanners.

Working knowledge of Windows PC desktop computer.

Strong oral and written communication skills, customer service skills.

Capacity to learn and navigate company software (training provided).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Word and Excel.

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
