We are looking for developers who have proven experience in their field and are capable of working in all aspects of software development such as coding, designing, and testing. We need someone who also has exceptional attention to detail and able to analyze your work as well as the work of others for bugs and redundant code. Additionally, may assist the lead developer in the design phase of new projects and must have a creative nature with desire to innovate.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot a database-driven software platform.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
• Maintain an ongoing understanding of industry trends with a desire to expand your skillset
• Must learn Teslar’s software platform thoroughly.

 Skills & Abilities:

• High level ability in C#/.NET
• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with non-technical teammates
• Highly organized with an attention to detail

Qualifications:

• BS in software engineering, computer science or related technical field or work equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in .Net or equivalent in software development using object-oriented principles.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex software problems
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Knowledge of scalable distributed systems and service-oriented architecture.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript based libraries (React, Vue, Angular).
• Core foundation in C# and web technologies (SOAP, HTTP, XML, REST & MVC)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in banking or banking systems.
• Experience verifying code quality by developing unit tests using tools like NUnit.
• Experience in machine learning in a commercial setting.
• Experience building distributed systems or scalable infrastructure software for commercial online services.
• Strong sense of ownership and drive with a willingness to invest time into a growing startup.
