Fine Dining Restaurant located in the center of Ridgefield, CT, looking to hire a Floor Manager to help with day-to-day operations of the Restaurant. We are looking for an upbeat, career-driven individual ready to work.

Responsibilities:

· Establishing Staff Accountability

· Inspect Service Areas & Staff Duties

· Ordering

· Training

· Selling

· Reservations

· Inventory

· Assist Staff queries both In-Person & via email or phone

· Responding to Guests in timely manner

· Oversees and is Responsible for the Floor before, during and after service

Qualifications/ Skills:

· Prior Customer Service Experience

· Prior Fine Dining Experience

· Fluent in Spanish

· Minimum of 3 years Manager Experience

We are a fast paced, Fine Dining Restaurant looking to hire an individual who can assist with communication between the FOH staff. Thus, allowing a perfect flow in service. This person needs to be humbled to their position and have excellent communication skills.

This position requires an individual who is willing to execute any job within the restaurant, to ensure its success. Whether that be Serving, Bartending, Hosting, helping with Inventory, and more.
