Background

Our mill is located - along with our headquarters - in Southern Oregon on 18 acres where we have roughly 110,000 sq ft under roof. In addition to wood processing, critical areas of our operations include; sourcing, inventory management, sample manufacturing as well as domestic and international logistics. We are a high-touch operation with a highly respected brand.

Responsibilities

• Quality and safety
• On time shipments
• Working with a team of very capable lieutenants to run operations on a day to day basis
• Manufacturing optimization and process enhancement
• Developing and implementing new manufacturing capabilities
• Information systems
• Purchasing/Expense control
• Strategic planning
• Capacity expansion

Work Experience/Skills

Please bring ten or more years in a similar capacity. A proven track record in wood processing is preferable. Manufacturing experience in similar industries will be fully considered. It is required that you bring;

Education

Four-year college degree required.
