Our Environmental team is looking for a Mid Level Environmental Compliance Specialist to support a project at Parks Reserve Forces Training Area in Dublin, CA. The primary duties of the Environmental Compliance Specialist include leading a wide variety of environmental compliance projects as they relate to hazardous material management, hazardous waste management, air quality, storage tank management, Pollution Prevention, and storm water activities. Must have an understanding of federal and state laws, regulations and reporting requirements related to the above topics. Will also be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to: collecting and reviewing data from multiple base locations and military activities; performing audits and inspections of base activities and locations to verify compliance with environmental regulations; updating environmental programmatic plans and documents; and assisting the base Army environmental staff with special projects or requirements. Must be professional and courteous in all interactions.
