Tennessee Equine Hospital is looking for someone to join our team who excels at customer service and communication. We are busy multi doctor ambulatory and referral practice striving to provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
Daily responsibilities include:
Answering the phone
Greeting customers and checking patients into the hospital for appointments
Scheduling/communicating to doctors and staff about appointments, drop-offs, and pick-ups
Invoicing/collecting payments
Process insurance paperwork, type pre-purchase exam reports, and other miscellaneous paperwork.
Providing Exceptional Customer Service
Managing Patient Records and Files
The is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in customer service. Horse and/or veterinary experience is preferred but not required.
This is a full time hourly position Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm with competitive compensation based on experience and performance. Benefits including Health Insurance, PTO, and Employee Discount are available after 2 months of employment.'
