The Systems Administrator will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and managing the IT infrastructure at Tendo. They will manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure and identify opportunities for improving and updating it. This person will collaborate with and support cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical staff to ensure the infrastructure components are functioning correctly and processes are in place to handle issues and remediations. Our ideal candidate is a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude with the ability to multitask, prioritize, coordinate, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
