The Learning Experience Designer will combine learning science and user experience design to create human-centered and goal-oriented learning experiences for Tend’s dental studios and corporate hub teams. With an eye for detail and visual design, you will create high-quality training materials in a variety of modalities that support team members as they integrate, grow, and thrive with Tend. Exhibiting a strong sense of empathy and a servant-driven attitude, you must be able to immerse yourself into the content and step into the learners’ shoes to create unique and interactive learning experiences that enhance absorption and retention.
