We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-K Teacher to join our Jewish early learning center. for fall 2024. As a Pre-K Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and preparing them for the future. Your creativity, patience, and ability to create a nurturing environment will contribute to the overall development of our students.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans, promoting social and emotional development, and fostering a love for learning. You will work closely with parents and other staff members to ensure that each child receives personalized attention and support. Additionally, you will maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, manage classroom behavior, and assess student progress.

Join our team and help shape the next generation! This is a school year position. Hours 8:30-1:15 Monday-Friday and 8:30-2:00 on Fridays. Salary starts at $23.00 per hour and is based on experience. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• State certification or licensure for early childhood education preferred.
• Previous experience working with young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing nature
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members
• Enthusiasm for being outside.
