Overview

TeleWorld Solutions is in search of a vivacious and high-spirited Human Resources Intern. This role will aid with and facilitate the HR and Administrative functions of the human resources organization. Responsibilities

• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Assist with I-9 Forms, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
• Submits online investigation requests, assists with new-employee background checks and Verifications of Employment.
• Update internal trackers with change requests and process paperwork as needed.
• Input employee information in HR databases, i.e. Bamboo HR, HR Drive, and ADP Workforce Now.
• Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agendas.
• Maintains personnel files.
• Assist with office mail, scans and emails documents: and performs other administrative functions.
• Support and facilitate the HR team with office management services.
• Assists the HR team with special projects.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to visit South Riding office as needed for correspondence support.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
• Effective HR administration and people management skills.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
