What You’ll Do

The Customer Support Representative will use their critical thinking skills to listen to and understand customer needs and offer timely solutions in order to drive value and customer satisfaction. They will be involved in all aspects of support, demonstrating the product, and educating customers.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Field all inbound customer chats and support tickets to understand customer needs and feedback.
  • Build and provide feedback with the manager of customer support for inbound chat processes for clinics and pet owners.
  • Help build support ticketing processes for clinics, pet owners, and internal teams.
  • Work cross-functionally to communicate trends being found as well as client success and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to triage and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing, and sales process
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to help build and curate knowledge articles

Who You Are 

The Customer Support Representative will use their critical thinking skills to listen to and understand customer needs and offer timely solutions in order to drive value and customer satisfaction. They will be involved in all aspects of support, demonstrating the product, and educating customers.

Qualifications include:

  • 2 years customer support experience in SaaS or software company
  • Experience in working with Intercom, Zendesk, or similar live chat platform
  • Proven track record of successfully communicating value and providing resolutions in live chat
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in multiple projects, and solve technical issues
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
