This role reports to the Sr Director, Sales Operations. We will be welcoming interns during the Summer 2023 term (June to August). Interns will be expected to work up to 40 hours per week during the 12 week period.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Support sales leadership by preparing data for presentations and reports
  • Gain experience with Salesforce CRM Admin ensuring that we maximize efficiency and capitalize on the full features and benefits of the system.
  • Aid with Salesforce CRM, BI and Sales related projects as needed
  • Reporting and analysis for Global Sales including creation, delivery, and automation of reporting of sales results, key metrics, and ad-hoc strategic analysis
  • Assist with day-to-day activities and maintenance of Salesforce, as well as involvement in larger projects

Essential requirements:

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Finance, or related degree in 4th year or pursuing Masters.
  • Strong time management skills – the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in learning about new communication technologies
  • Creative thinker, problem solver, self-motivated, competitive, focused, reliable, and strong work ethic
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Result-oriented with strong organizational skills and proactive, innovative approach

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Exposure to Business Intelligence Tableau and Excel knowledge and skills
