Outreach Program Manager - App Assure

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day work for App Assure’s Independent Software Vendor (ISV) outreach program which will consist of (but not limited to) the following:
  • Assist App Assure Managers with locating ISV contact information and performing outreach, bug filing, and error reporting
  • Triage ISV Outreach bugs received from internal Microsoft teams and determine priority then conduct outreach to third party if needed
  • Actively manage an open list of ISV Outreach bugs with rigor keeping bugs up to date with latest information
  • Host meetings with ISVs and App Assure stakeholders to inform of application updates needed and request statements of support
• Work with App Assure Program Team to create project plan to define, document, and train on new process for proactive outreach to ISV’s with breaking changes on Windows and Office products

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must possess strong cross-team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks
• Must be persistent in following through with partner outreach
• Must apply operational rigor for continuous improvement
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Must have the ability to execute and manage multiple objectives/tasks
• Ability to identify problems and develop alternatives for resolution
• Experience with change management and defining new processes
