Position Summary:
The Account Executive (Base Management) is responsible for securing sales on behalf of some of the nation’s largest telecom providers by cold calling, generating proposals, and selling new customers on an assigned campaign. The AE-BM has 2 primary sales responsibilities: First, managing a base of existing customers and focusing on renewals, upgrades, cross-sells, and upsells. Second, the AM-BM will be hunting for “net-new” revenue, meaning offering new products and solutions to both the existing base of customers and new customers alike. This will be done through selling on pain points, value, and other factors discovered through business-level conversations. TBI’s Omni-team sells telecom services on behalf of Spectrum, Comcast, Verizon, CenturyLink, and other carriers, offering agnostic advice and solutions.
This position pays a base of $20/hour with an uncapped commission structure.
