Telarus is Hiring a Remote Sales Enablement Program Manager
Telarus is seeking an energetic, highly motivated, result driven individual to join our Sales Team as a Sales Enablement Program Manager. The Sales Enablement Program Manager oversees and coordinates projects and programs to ensure all cross-departmental resources are aligned to the common goal in benefit of corporate objectives. Main duties involve development of new programs, organizing and tracking programs, management of key sales tools and technologies, readouts on status and progress and ensuring alignment of key stakeholders. This role will also involve process design, implementation, and documentation.
Sales Enablement Programs include:
- Partner Recognition
- Sales Tool Management including Salesforce enhancements for Sales
- Advanced Solutions Partner Enablement Programs
- Sales Contests
- Coordination of weekly Sales communication vehicle
What you do:
- Manage aforementioned projects/programs
- Develop new Sales programs including working with management to find, evaluate, select and implement new sales technologies
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and phone calls
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company’s services and products
- Complete projects as required while working with minimal supervision and guidance
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years
- Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in Salesforce.com and reporting
- Experience using Outreach.io is highly preferred
- Experience with building out a comprehensive sales technology stack that is integrated with Salesforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Cost control and budgeting skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- A passion for supporting sales teams
Salary is commensurate upon experience
Position is remote.
- Headquarters is located in Sandy, Utah but this position is remote and can be worked anywhere in the U.S.
