Marketing Coordinator

Full Time

Tel Hai has a wonderful opportunity for a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional to join our Marketing and Communications team. This flexible full-time day Monday-Friday position will be approximately 36-40 hours per week.

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
• Good public relations and organizational skills are also required.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills a must.
• Good telephone etiquette plus exceptional interpersonal and communication skills needed.
• Good writing composition, reading, speaking and analytical skills required.
• Experience and proven ability in a related position preferred.
• Knowledge of Marketing CRM software desirable.

Responsibilities include:

• Provides clerical support to the Marketing and Communications team.
• Meets and greets visitors and assists walk-ins as needed.
• Coordinates Marketing and Communications Department activity.
• Manages Marketing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Matrix Care Marketing.
• Assists with Residential Living accommodation turnover and renovation and coordination of move-ins.
• Assists with Marketing and Communication events.
