Responsibilities:

• Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
• Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

Ideal candidate will possess below skills:

• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting in US IT Staffing domain.
• Experience in using job portals such as really, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc. to source and screen candidates.
• Must have excellent communication skills and ability to interact with candidates.
• Well versed with various visas and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision in a fast paced environment.
• Have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies
