Conduct user research with automotive dealerships to understand the nature of their business workflows and the requirements necessary to streamline them by creating protocols and implementing research studies, such as interviews, contextual inquiries, analysis of secondary data, qualitative methods, etc. Leverage the information gathered through research to translate users’ business requirements into product requirements to create workflows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore different solutions for the business problems. Convert the product requirements and designs into Software Requirement Specifications (SRS). Manage the first cloud-native automotive retail platform, Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC). Lead a global team across three teams: Service, Fixed Ops Integration, and Product Specialists. Conduct bi-weekly strategic 1:1 for long-term career growth, periodic coaching, and insightful feedback.

Req. MS in Product Development, Product Innovation, or related field, plus 2 years of experience in similar duties emphasizing user research, product requirements gathering and analysis, project management, UI/UX Design and UAT. 

Salary: $200,000 / year.
