We are currently seeking a Customer Success Project Manager to support Teguar's large medical industry clients.
Summary:
This position is a hybrid position between Project Management and Customer Success. The perfect CS Project Manager will be excited to learn technical details of customer facing projects and will be the main customer interface for all things necessary to maintain a positive customer relationship while reaching project milestones.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Acts as primary Project Manager and point of contact for all tasks related to key accounts, both internally and externally. This includes ensuring timely movement of products, having proper communication to appropriate channels and ensuring customer's expectations are met.
- Acts as a liaison between our customers and internal departments including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support. In addition to the customer and vendors in the Supply Chain.
- Acts as first line of defense in solving customer support requests, and coordinating and prioritizing timely resolutions with engineering teams.
- Independently solves issues that arise related to quality documentation, lead times, sourcing, planning production and vendor communication.
- Independently manages the supply chain components and logistics of finished products to ensure long-term availability and timely delivery.
- Accountable for setup of systems and documentation to allow for a smooth handoff for other departments to contribute to the project.
- Becomes a Subject Matter Expert over time.
- Drives, manages, monitors and reports on timely delivery of program results.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 3 years of related experience and/or training; OR a minimum of 6 years relevant experience in lieu of a 4-year degree; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Project Management and/or Account Management experience required.
- Technical Skills (Electronic Hardware) required to successfully solve problems with vendors.
- Knowledge and/or experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or ISO 13485).
- Proven experience with vendor/customer communication.
- Proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions.
- Medical industry knowledge, desired.
- Experience working with international clients is a plus.
