As a dedicated Solution Architect, you will have a passion for designing, developing and implementing software solutions that address complex business needs. You will also have a highly collaborative approach and be comfortable working with internal stakeholders, being InvestCloud product specialist and also working closely with InvestCloud clients to design workable software solutions for their organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Fully understands what the client needs and take full ownership and accountability in addressing the problems. Aligned with the business strategy of both InvestCloud and clients.
• Designs and architects enterprise-grade product-based solutions for InvestCloud clients
• Leads software solution discussions with active clients and projects to create best fit software solutions
• Understands benefits of various design methodologies, object orientated and component-based approach
• Apply significant knowledge of industry standards and trends to positively impact client meetings
• Technical direction for design, development and system integration work within client engagements
• Communicates and enforces coding standards and reviews work of development teams
• Consistently delivers high quality service to clients, able to collaborate with them to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Actively contributes to the internal knowledge base and suggests areas and solutions for internal process improvement

Requirements

• Degree in relevant technology-based subject from a recognised university
• A good number of relevant years working as solution architect, ideally within banking or software companies. Professional experience working closely with the business, senior stakeholders, clients, technology and delivery teams.
• Domain Knowledge on Financial or Banking Industries preferred
• Expert knowledge of JAVA/JEE application design, preferably on IBM WebSphere and or OSGI compatible application servers. Experience with Eclipse, Linux, GIT, JavaScript, REST, Web Services and or JMS is important plus mobile application design/development
• Demonstrate strong commitment to reach commonly agreed objectives
• Fast learner with strong capabilities to comprehend complex software applications
• Excellent Communication skills
• Independent with strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude while being able to establish harmonious working relationships with team members
