Teel Plastics is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 8 hour days (7am-3pm) to support the Maintenance Department. This role will maintain all company assets as designed through preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance practices using skills and tools available. Identifies repetitive failures and implements improvement plans with the help of engineering. Project work to support capital growth.Job Responsibilities:Preventative and Predictive Maintenance to maintain machine integrity and minimize downtime.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with the help of supervisors, coordinators and schedulers.Make sure all documentation is maintained to ISO standards and GMP's.Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.All production equipment , plant systems, maintenance equipment , hand tools, power tools at all Teel facilities including building structures.Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum 5 years' experience in Industrial maintenance in plastics plant required.High school diploma or equivalent with course work in industrial shop classes.Industrial Maintenance certificate or degree program preferred.Excellent communication skills.Self-motivated and self-directed.Must possess valid driver's license and transportation method.Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical prints. Electrical controls knowledge and experience.
