The HR Sourcing & Acquisition Specialist is responsible for understanding our clients' outsourced programs and projects, their work environment and their service needs and then sourcing, qualifying, processing and placing qualified individuals as TPG employees within our clients' facilities. Provide proactive and timely communication on the status of the search to management and clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain a close relationship and interaction with the Client
• Candidate sourcing, cold calling, networking, job bank monitoring
• Interviewing phone, video and local
• Candidate qualifying and screening
• Resume reviews and interview preparation
• Employment terms negotiation
• Candidate pre-employment onboarding processing
• Candidate and position database management
• Sales lead research and recognition

Skill Sets and Experience:

• Recruiting
• Sales
• Customer service and support experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
