Overview
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of all Department of Defense (DoD) commissaries worldwide. The objective is to support DeCA in meeting operational and information technology objectives of the Data Center and Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) programs. This effort represents a continuation of system lifecycle support services for DeCA’s Data Center and Enterprise Service Desk environments.
Responsibilities
Program Support
Serves as the Program Manager providing over program support.
Excellent Oral/Written Communications; and Ticketing System Experience (e.g. BMC Remedy; /ServiceNow/SolarWinds/Ivanti)
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor Degree or HS/GED 5 yrs in PMP support
Certification
- CompTIA Security CE / CySA / SSCP / GSEC (1)
Additional Certifications
*Must have 1 each Computing Environment/Service Management
- Computing Environment:
- CAPM, PMP, SCRUM, AGILE, LEAN
- Service Management:
- AXELOS: ITIL Foundation Certification, ITIL Course
- IT Service Management Course (Any)
