Responsibilities
- Research, design, analyze, develop and maintain current network and system architecture to meet future business objectives:
- Network modeling, Network Security, Network analysis, bandwidth optimization, routing and switching and disaster recovery planning/implementation.
- Help craft, coordinate, and execute strategic objectives, provide expert level troubleshooting, superior customer service and detailed communications to internal and external customers
Qualifications
- 10 years experience in an IT operaitons field. Experience with IT systems methodologies.
- Experience of hardware systems including servers, memory modules, processors, and peripherals. knowledge in integrated voice, data and video solutions support.
- Experience of VoIP systems and IP Protocols, including analyzing and troubleshooting a VoIP network.
- Previous experience wiht virtual IOS environments.
- DESIRED: Do you have experience at Department of Education
- United States citizenship
