Technica is looking for a highly qualified Program Manager. The selected candidate must be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated. The primary objective will be the delivery of all contractual requirements within budget and on schedule, while achieving and delivering all technical requirements and capabilities. The individual will lead a matrixed-functional team of hardware and software engineers, operations, and logistics teams aligned to common program performance goals. As a Senior Program Manager, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs as you work through constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected.
This position requires a comprehensive understanding of restricted and DoD customer communities, program management skills, proven strategic planning and business execution capabilities, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across the company. The selected candidate must have a comprehensive knowledge of program management standards, policies, and guidelines. They must be able to interact with and influence executive level management and customers and communicate effectively with both oral and written presentations.
