TMB, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst to support NAVSEA 05.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to execute the Naval Warfare Systems Certification Policy and support the development of warfare systems throughout the life cycle of U.S. Navy Surface Ships.
  • Provide support to monthly assessments of warfare systems within Navy Surface Ships. This includes early risk assessments of new systems planned to be installed, characterization of maturity and readiness to support Risk Assessments for ships in new construction after sail-away, and post shakedown availabilities and certification decisions to support the subject ship(s) throughout deployment.
  • Develop Warfare System Installation Assessment (WSIA) and Warfare System Certification Decision (WSCD) briefs and provide technical analysis to each WSCERT Event.
  • Brief SEA 05H Certification Leads weekly on the status of the applicable US Navy Surface Ships.
  • Develop Warfare System Baseline Configurations using NAVSEA databases.
  • Develop data-calls in preparation for WSCERT Events.
  • Obtain Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) for each WSCERT Event.
  • Develop final Panel Briefings and Naval Messages for each WSCERT Event.
  • Develop meeting agendas and reports.
  • Develop meeting minutes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent U.S. military service experience.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Elgibility to ontain a DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
  • Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
